Are you talking about the publisher property on the <a href="/view/book/periodical">Periodical</a> type? It seems to me that apart from the name of the Journal itself, pretty much any of the properties on <a href="/view/book/journal">Jounal</a> and Periodical are not going to be particularly useful in terms of looking up or citing an article.
