Since 1981, Mrs. Hill has been Vice President of Alexander & Associates, Inc., a corporate consulting firm. Mrs. Hill also serves as a director of Wendy’s International, Inc. and Dean Foods, Inc. Mrs. Hill served as a director of Nextel Communications, Inc. from November 1999 until its merger with Sprint Corporation in August 2005, and she has served as one of our directors since 2005.
