Most Post-Apocalyptic movies have an inner message or meaning behind their screen-plays. The Dead Series showed how we would turn into zombies and wipe our selves out. This can be interpreted many different ways. We are zombies as a result of the media and the television and our ignorance is the downfall of society. Ignorance symbolized by the stupid or primitive state of the zombies. Taken the Dead Series into account, the philosophy behind it is more metaphorical in nature.
