Date/Time field needs a few special cases

I can't find a way to enter special cases to the Date/Time field for "Unknown" or "to present"/"now".  This would be particularly useful when entering the dates of a marriage.  (Oddly, an end date is required for marriages, but not for employment at a company.) more
