Discovery Real Time is a factual television channel owned by Discovery Networks Europe.
It originally launched in the UK during the 1994 as TLC being a British version of the US channel of the same name. It later rebranded as Discovery Home & Leisure in 1997 and was relaunched under its current name on May 7, 2005 in the UK market and is now aimed to complement the female skewed Discovery Home & Health (which itself replaced Discovery Health)
