The Knesset (Hebrew: כנסת, lit. Assembly, Arabic: الكنيست) is the legislature of Israel, located in Givat Ram, Jerusalem.
The Knesset sits on a hilltop in western Jerusalem in a district known as Sheikh Badr before the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.
