Michael Denzil Xavier Portillo (born 26 May 1953) is a British journalist, broadcaster, former Conservative Party politician and Cabinet Minister. Born Michael Denzil Portillo in Bushey in Hertfordshire, England, Portillo took the name Xavier at confirmation.
