Régine Cavagnoud (June 27, 1970 – October 31, 2001) was a French alpine skier. The 2001 Super-G World Champion, she was killed in a training accident. Régine Cavagnoud was born in Thônes, Haute-Savoie. Her career as professional skier was plagued by injuries.
