Renaico is a city and comuna (commune) forming part of the Malleco Province in the Araucanía Region in southern Chile. It has a population of 9,128 (2005) on an area of 267 km². Its current mayor is Edgardo Sierra Neira (2004-2008). The city is located on the south bank of the Renaico River.
