Drummer Sim Cain (b. July 31, 1963) was born in London, England but grew up in the United States from the age of three in Princeton, New Jersey. He is probably best known as a member of the Rollins Band from 1987 to 2000 and he was previously a member of Gone. Before Gone he was in the instrumental band, "Regressive Aid." "Regressive Aid" was considered one of the finest instrumental bands to come from the Central New Jersey / New Hope area.
