Valerie Curtin (born March 31, 1945) is an American actress and Oscar-nominated screenwriter.
Curtin was born in New York City, the daughter of radio actor Joseph Curtin. She is a cousin of TV comedian/actress Jane Curtin (Kate & Allie, Third Rock from the Sun). She was married to writer and director Barry Levinson from 1975-1982.
