Bituin (Star) was a teleserye showed in the Philippines by ABS-CBN from September 2002 to May 2003. It showcased the acting talent of Carol Banawa and was Nora Aunor's first teleserye on Philippine television.
Laura Sandoval and Carmela Gaston are half sisters who grew up with Carmela's mom not treating Laura right. When they grew older Carmela doesn't marry while Laura marries Badong who after their second child she found out he had been cheating on her.
