Carmen Chu (Chinese: 朱嘉文; pinyin: Zhū Jiāwén, born 1978 in Los Angeles, California) is a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors representing District 4. In 2000, she earned a bachelor's degree in public policy from Occidental College, and in 2003, earned a master's degree in public policy from UC Berkeley.
